Model Description

Aknowledged appears to be modeled of the Russian AK-47 AKM, but I am not Brandon Herrera so cannot say for certain. The model has a dimple over the magazine well indicating it was not based of the machined receiver design from types 2 and 3, it also does not have the exposed section of the front trunnion you would see on the Type 1, so I am sticking with the AKM. The coloring of this model is the traditional blackened metal apart from the silver bolt and wooden stock, grip, and hand guard, though on the model these parts are plastic painted to look like wood, GoatGuns does offer a real wood furniture upgrade for the AK-47 models.

This AK-47 model, like Charky, has been around since the beginning, unfortunately this means the model does not have shell ejection operation. But the movable selector switch will stop the bold from being pulled all the way back, it also has a removable magazine with miniature 7.62x39 cartridges and a pullable trigger. The model has limited accessories but if you get the dust cover with the rail there are some of the aftermarket optics that work with this model.
