Veterans M16

Model Description

The M16A1 model that comes in the Veterans kit is identical to the S17 model. The only differences are in the packaging. The box inside the Veterans Kit 2.0 is very different from the single model and the only thing in the box along with the model is the assembly guide, no S17 sticker. The kit itself does have its own sticker featuring all three models, so for those interested it is worth getting both.

The Yellow S17 rack number looking like it was stenciled onto the right side of the stock Signifies the birth of GoatGuns back in 2017. The Olive Drab Green was chosen as homage to the standard issue color of gear during the Vietnam War when the M16A1 was introduced with improvements over the M16. This model is almost entirely OD green, except for the rack number in yellow and the following in black: The front sling mount, the forward handguard seat, the grenadier site, The grenade launcher barrel bracket, The grenade launcher Trigger, trigger guard, and safety, The Magazine release button, the bolt catch, The duct cover rod and spring, The trigger, the safety, the forward assist, the rear site and sight adjustment nobs, and the screws.
